Brazillian Lemonade

4 large limes (with smooth skin - the smoother the skin, the juicier the lime!)
2 c sugar
12 tbsp (6oz) sweetened condensed milk
12 c water
ice

Wash and scrub the limes with a little bit of soap. Rinse well. Cut off the ends of the lime, and cut into 8 pieces. Place the lime pieces in a blender. Add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water. (If your blender will not hold all the water, just add what fits and then stir all together after blending.) Cover the blender and then pulse on/off 8-10 times. Strain the lemonade with a metal strainer to remove the lime rinds. (Add to remaining water, if necessary) Pour lemonade over ice. Raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, and coconut also can be added to the lime mixture before blending. (You can add more sugar and/or SC milk to make it sweeter - can be made "to taste" - the flavor gets stronger as it sits)

Makes approximately 1 gallon
