Season 2 4lb (8lbs total) beef roasts generously with:
- lemon pepper
- garlic salt
- salt
- pepper
Put meat in crockpot.
Add:
8 c water
2 onions
1 envelope onion soup mix
Cook on low for 10 hours. Serve with hard rolls, bread, baguette, buns or yummy just alone for no-carb option!
